Whether you're a manufacturer, designer, yarn shop owner or consumer, we've provided suggestions below on how to get involved in the Stitch Red movement. Make sure to stop by the Stitch Red booth and say hi at upcoming industry events!

Manufacturers & Designers

Want to become a Stitch Red Partner and join the amazing list of manufacturers and designers in the Needlearts industry creating one-of-a-kind Stitch Red products for heart disease awareness? Check out this information sheet with details and next steps for getting involved.

Retail Stores

A number of local yarn stores are supporting the Stitch Red cause by carrying Stitch Red products, hosting Stitch Red Knit Nights and other heart disease awareness events and more. See how your store can show its support too!

Consumers

Are you an individual who would like to help the Needlearts industry "stick it to heart disease?" There are a variety of ways to participate on a personal level below.

• Ask your local retail store if they support Stitch Red and if they will carry Stitch Red products
• Organize a Knit Night or other fun event with a heart disease awareness element to it in order to educate attendees about the importance of heart health. Get ideas here.
• Collect donations for the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health (FNIH) at your event or make a personal donation to the organization.
• Spread the word! Tell two people about Stitch Red. Ask them to tell two people. Imagine how many people could be reached and how many lives could be saved!
